"Harry Warner" (PA)
Striving to connect the traditions of film with the mediums continuing evolution, the festival seeks to represent the myriad of artistic visions and methods of production employed by time-based artists and filmmakers. All genres will be considered for exhibition.

-Renowned short film fest. $30 entry, but free festival pass regardless of acceptance of work. Very Experimental Film-friendly.

One of the top experimental film festivals.
"Ann Arbor Film Festival" (Ann Arbor, Michigan)
The Ann Arbor Film Festival is a festival of independent and experimental film and video. Established in 1963, this internationally-renowned festival is the oldest of its kind in North America. Each year the festival attracts entries from moving image artists worldwide and screens more than 100 films before audiences during six days in March.
"Chicago Underground Film Festival" (Chicago, IL)
Founded in 1993, The Chicago Underground Film Festival (CUFF) is a year-round organization dedicated to the work of film and video makers with defiantly independent visions. Unlike many other "independent" film events our goal is not to imitate old guard, market-driven events such as Sundance but Instead to focus on the artistc, aesthetic and fun side of independent filmmaking. CUFF promotes works that dissent radically in form, content and technique from both the tired conventions of Hollywood and the increasingly stagnant IndieWood mainstream.
