CAMP INFO

This camp is designed to prepare students who are serious about filmmaking for college-level film production work.  The one-week long, all-day intensive workshop-structure gives students the opportunity to focus on various aspects of the filmmaking process.

Whether your interested in calling the shots (director), filming the shots (cinematographer), crafting the story (as script writer), editing the story or acting the story (as actor or actress), the Filmmaker Face-Off II provides in-depth experience for students who want to improve their filmmaking skills on both sides of the camera and gain the opportunity and experience to develop new skills they haven't worked with on a film set before.

In this camp you will:
  *work in a groups of 5 students
  *as part of your group, create a film project from scratch
  *contribute as director, cinematographer, sound operator, writer, or actor
  *receive a copy of each group's finished product

REGISTRATION NOTES: This is an advanced film camp. Students are encouraged to have some experience with filmmaking, acting, OR have previously attended an RTF film camp.  Regardless of skill level, all students who participate should be able to work well in groups and accept feedback from both their peers and the camp instructor.
