RTF’s Chelsea Hernandez and Jordan Torres’s short documentary Whitehall has been accepted into the Utopia Film Festival in Greenbelt, Maryland.
Whitehall is a slice-of-life look at the residents of the oldest co-op in Texas. It explores the members individually and their interactions with each other. The film demonstrates how an alternative lifestyle can create a feeling of unity and family between strangers living in the heart of a city. The film was made as part of Ellen Spiro’s RTF 366K Introduction to Documentary Production class.
