RTF lecturer and alum Ben Steinbauer was recently honored with a Texas Exes Teaching Award.
Ben shares his thoughts on teaching: “My philosophy on teaching is I don’t want to teach the students what I know, but rather stimulate them to draw from their own lives and teach me what it is that they know….I am passionate about film because I think that telling stories is how we make sense of the world, learn about human nature, and ultimately learn to improve ourselves…”
