Must be an RTF major with a UT GPA of at least a 2.25 and have upper-division standing. The following prerequisites: RTF 305 and 3 additional hours of lower-division RTF coursework with a grade of C in each course; and a grade of B or better in 317 and 318.
It is strongly recommended that students taking RTF 344: Directing Workshop enroll concurrently in RTF 366K: Introduction to Narrative during the same semester.
In order to facilitate concurrent registration, all enrollment in RTF 344: Directing Workshop will be through the waitlist.
Students enrolling concurrently in RTF 366K: Intro to Narrative and RTF 344: Directing Workshop should
-- Register for one of the sections of RTF 366K: Intro to Narrative in the normal way, and
-- Add themselves to the waitlist for one of the sections of RTF 344: Directing Workshop.
During the last two days of registration (November 8 and 9), the RTF Department will enroll those students on the RTF 344 waitlists who are concurrently enrolled in RTF 366K.
Students who took RTF 366K: Introduction to Narrative during a previous semester should also add themselves to the waitlist for RTF 344: Directing Workshop. The Department will add these students to the class if space remains after adding those who are concurrently enrolled in RTF 366K.
Any remaining seats will be released during the first week of classes for normal registration.
Student must attend the first class day or will be dropped.
