Haden, who is originally from Allen, Texas, graduated from UT Austin with a B.S. in RTF and a B.S.A. in Neuroscience in 2019. During his undergraduate career, he tried to push horror films into every paper he wrote, including the thesis for his Neuroscience degree, which focused on gender representation in 1970s exploitation horror films re-released by niche distributors in the 21st century. He seeks to watch at least one new movie a day, preferably on Turner Classic Movies, and can typically be found catching up on horror film news or struggling with a crossword puzzle. He enjoys cooking and spending time with his twin brother and his cat at home.
