Speaker Biography
Amanda Barclay is a development executive specializing in comedy series. Since joining Netflix in 2021, she has focused on half-hour development for the service and has worked on numerous US titles including Mo, Cobra Kai, and That 90s Show.
Prior to Netflix, Barclay was a development exec at ABC Signature (formerly ABC Studios) and focused on half-hour development for cable, streaming, and broadcast networks and sold projects to Hulu, FX, Freeform, and ABC. Barclay was also previously an executive at YouTube Premium where she oversaw the production of numerous pilots and series. She currently resides in Los Angeles with her family.
