February 27 - Chris Silbermann
Chris Silbermann is a Managing Director of The Creative Artists Agency and a member of the company’s shareholder board, where he helps guide overall strategy and leadership while also representing artists and creative-driven companies across the global entertainment business. He is the former CEO of ICM Partners, where, after more than a decade of growth and expansion, he co-led the merger of ICM Partners with Creative Artists Agency. This complex process involved integrating hundreds of employees, thousands of clients, and uniting two distinct agency cultures.
As a senior agent and leader at CAA, Silbermann works across the global agency and its representation of clients in television, motion pictures, sports, publishing, broadcasting, music, theater, new media, branding, corporate marketing, and beyond. In addition to his leadership roles, he has personally guided the careers of some of the most influential creative voices of our generation.
Silbermann is the Chairman of the Entertainment Industry Foundation (EIF) and also serves on the board of the American Film Institute (AFI).
March 24 - Mike Jones & Kelly Younger
Mike Jones is a writer and director at Pixar Animation Studios. He co-wrote Pixar’s Academy Award©-winning feature film “Soul” (2020), as well as “Luca” (2021) and “Elio” (2025). Jones wrote, directed, and executive produced Pixar’s original series “Dream Productions” (2024), inspired by the world of “Inside Out.” He has also served on the brain trusts of many Pixar films including “Finding Dory,” “Incredibles 2,” and the Academy Award©-winning features “Inside Out,” “Coco,” and “Toy Story 4.” As the series director, Jones oversaw all creative aspects of “Dream Productions” while also directing the series finale. In his capacity as the studio’s senior story and creative artist, Jones also works with other directors to develop their story in its early stages. After early development, Jones continues to work with the production departments as needed by writing sequences, consulting on storyboards, and advising on editorial assemblies. Before joining Pixar, Jones was a working screenwriter for 20 years. He also served on the editorial staffs of Filmmaker Magazine, Indiewire, and Variety. Jones grew up in San Antonio, Texas. He resides in Northern California.
Kelly Younger is a screenwriter, TV writer, story consultant, and Emmy-nominated producer. He is currently a writer on The Muppet Show (prod. Seth Rogen) and a Skydance Animation feature based on Jack and the Beanstalk for directors Rich Moore (Zootopia) and Jim Reardon (Wall-E). Recent work includes Candy Cane Lane, starring Eddie Murphy and Tracee Ellis Ross, Muppets Haunted Mansion, Muppets Now, and Kermit’s commencement address (or, Kermencement) to the University of Maryland. He served three years as member of the Disney Animation Story Trust and participant in the Pixar Brain Trust. He is also a professor at Loyola Marymount University where he teaches writing workshops and seminars in storytelling, and he has a PhD in Fairy Tales. Yeah, that’s a real thing.

April 6 - Meg Marinis
Meg Marinis is a TV writer / producer and currently is an Executive Producer / Showrunner for the hit ABC series “GREY’S ANATOMY.” She has been with the show since the beginning of Season 3, when she first started as the writer’s PA. She also served as the show’s writer’s assistant and medical researcher before officially joining the writing staff. She has now penned over twenty-five episodes for the series.
She is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin’s Plan II Honors Program with a dual degree in Radio-Television-Film. Most recently, Meg was announced as one of TIME 100’s Climate 2025 list for her work on GREY’S highlighting the impact of climate change.

April 16 - Chandler Baker
Chandler Baker is the NYTimes bestselling author of WHISPER NETWORK (a Reese's Book Club pick initially optioned by HBO), THE HUSBANDS (a Good Morning America Book Club pick she is currently adapting for Amazon MGM and Plan B with Kristen Wiig) and her latest novel CUTTING TEETH (published in 2023 and was optioned by Bad Robot and Warners with Chandler adapting for series). Variety listed her as one of 10 up and coming screenwriters to watch in 2024.
Chandler’s first spec pilot, ELIZA CAME BACK, an ensemble female soapy thriller
which, landed at Apple through Sony TV in a competitive situation with Amy Lippman attachedto EP. Her latest short story, DISCRETION sold straight to series to Paramount+ in a five-network bidding war with Oscar winner Nicole Kidman and Elle Fanning attached to star and A24 producing. Chandler will adapt and serve as Co-Showrunner and EP with Susannah Grant.
In the feature world, Chandler wrapped production on her first feature OH. WHAT. FUN. for Amazon, co-written and directed by Michael Showalter. It released for Prime Video on December 3rd. She will next be penning the screenplay for BIG BAD at Lionsgate, based on her short story by the same title, to be directed by Chris Landon.
Chandler lives in Austin with her husband and two small children, having segued full time to writing after a career as a corporate attorney.
