End of Semester Screenings Fall 2019

December 12–15, 2019

From animation to documentary, virtual reality to drama...this semester's student work will be on display to the public from December 12–December 15. The free screenings and demonstrations will take place at various venues and culminate over the weekend with graduate films. Read on for the schedule and details.

Digital Demo Day – Day 1 of 2  | 3–7 pm | GDC 3.100

Join the Arts and Entertainment Technologies (AET), Computer Science (CS) and Radio-Television-Film (RTF) Departments as we showcase students’ interactive media projects for Fall 2019 at Digital Demo Days. Digital Demo Days are free events that will take place on the UT campus on two days: Thursday, December 12th from 3:00 pm – 7:00 pm (GDC 3.100) and Saturday, December 14th from 5:00 pm – 8:00 pm (CMB 4.114 & 4.116). The event is organized as a digital arcade in which the public can interact with student video games, digital art and animation, 3D models, and video reels of student work. Graduate Thesis Films

As the culmination of their master’s programs, MFA candidates Taniel Kilajian, Christoph Burfict, and Alessandra Lichtenfeld will screen their thesis films for the public on Sunday night, December 15, at 7 pm at the  Texas Union Theater (UNB 2.228)   The event is free and open to the community. Join us in the lobby immediately before the screening for a light reception.
