Takuma Tsugawa

Takuma Tsugawa is a filmmaker from Japan.

He received his degree in Film Studies from Waseda University, where he also directed and produced several short and feature films.

Alongside his academic work, he gained professional experience on film and television productions, serving as a PA and Assistant Production Manager. His work spans both domestic Japanese projects and international co-productions.

Through his studies in the MFA program, he aspires to develop his way of compelling stories visually and to create films that bridge cultures and leave audiences with a lasting emotional connection.
